We’ve done several “week in review”, but this is the first month in review! That would be because this month got crazy, and regular readers will recognize the hiatus in posting.
A Summary of September
The Professor is teaching a full load at the local university, so he is gone every weekday afternoon. Now, Younger and Son LLC isn’t quite a full time job, yet, but between full load teaching, the LEGO, and the various other activities he is involved it, life got very busy for him.
Life was no less busy for the other three of us. Poor Mr Wigglesworth just gets brought along, though he does enjoy the park and many of the activities. Between getting school done, park days, Wednesday night church, gymnastics, Friday co-op, and general housekeeping we’ve stayed hopping.
The new computer I’d gotten was on the fritz, so I was dealing with that tech support. Finally, got that computer returned and got a new one… that is even better!
Travels
Then, the Professor went out of town for a few days. So, we went to visit grandparents who live about an hour away.

When we got home, I realized that my Fitbit tracker wasn’t in my wrist band. That was a freak out moment for me. It was a relief when I realized the tracker was still syncing with my phone that was in the kitchen. We searched and thought and searched, and then Little Man suggested it would be nice if we could tell what direction the signal was coming from. And so it was google to the rescue. I found an app that does track Bluetooth signals… and I found the tracker underneath the car seat in the van. :::sigh:::

The Professor is home again, I’ve had a few extra naps and life is back on track. We’ve finished Year 1 of AmblesideOnline.org, and will start Year 2 work in October. With this short break, I hope to get caught up and back to my happy place of feeling on top of things. Sure, its still busy, but we are adjusting and finding the routine in this new normal.
I’m so glad you are finding the new normal. Hugs all around!
Thank you!
