April 12, 2022 by Rachael Younger

Well, life is sometimes crazy, isn't that true? In December 2020, we purchased land with the intention to build on it. In January 2021, Hubby/ The Professor got a nasty case of contact dermatitis from poison ivy. In May 2021, we started working on a house plan with a draftsman. That was exciting! Adjusting this, changing that. Thinking about what we really wanted in … [Read more...] about Updates and News

All the news for Younger and Son! Finishing off 2020... 2020 was rough for a lot of folks. It was a year that challenged what we consider important, it pushed us to our social isolation limits. I can honestly say that I'm a better person for all that I dealt with in 2020. 2020 LEGO® news Like years before, we were able to snag a good number of "Black Friday" LEGO® … [Read more...] about All the News

4 things I’ve learned about smoking meat

October 7, 2020 by Rachael Younger

The firebox is a bit small, but despite its limitations, I can produce a super yummy piece of meat. At least, according to my family. Little Man, age 9, declared me a "master smoker". … [Read more...] about 4 things I’ve learned about smoking meat

Week in Review

Another Week, Another Tax. This week I started working on our Franchise Tax Report.  Not my favorite thing, but at least this one is easy.  Since we have less than $1,100,000 in revenue, we simply file a “No Tax Due Report”.  But we do have to file!  I find the process a bit awkward however, […]
