What a week (or 2)! We’ve been so busy picking and shipping orders that parting out is going slowly. No complaints here, that’s for sure. But it makes for a dull post with no LEGO® to talk about!
LEGO®
We did one post on znap, and “swoosh” its pretty much all gone. Shipped out this morning, except a few connectors and wheels. So nice when that happens.
Costume(s)
Last week at co-op was ‘historical or literary character’ day. The academic excuse for dressing up. Though Little Man declared he wanted to be the Green Ninja (from LEGO Ninjago), we that even though the Green Ninja is a character, its not a *literary* character. So, he chose Alvin Fernald: inventor and solver of mysteries. And I made him a periscope. I’m pretty sure he picked Alvin because it meant he got a periscope. Of course, I’ve now claimed it for use in my physical science class.

And, for tomorrow night, the traditional night of dressing up, he will be the Green Ninja. I’m not certain I can get Mr Wigglesworth to wear a costume, he tends for deep suspicion over such things.
Park Day
Most Tuesdays we get to the park with friends. This morning was super fun because there were city guys using a digger to pull out a dying tree.

Cleaning Out
I’m trying to clean out my paper clutter, and in the process discovering stuff I’d saved. Much of it saved for no good reason. But some of it…. is just fun stuff! Years ago I saved and printed a great number of comics.

I kept these around to pull out when I need some warm fuzzies. Now-a-days, I find my warm fuzzies mostly online, so I’m not sure what to do with these. Hmmm….
I loved “BC” Maybe you could make a scape book of those scraps of favorite comics!
