When the Professor was writing most of the posts, there was a lot more LEGO®. Alas, schedule change and the demands change, and now I’m writing. So my review of the week has some LEGO®, but mostly just life.
LEGO®
All the green got parted out! And then a slew of lime and green bricks got sold out. Such as it is. This big box has a good chunk of them. If you have purchased LEGO® from us, we would love to see what you have built with it! We super enjoy getting to share what people have created here on the blog, and if you are up for it, we will give you your own post.

Helping Out
I got to help my sister out today by cleaning a bathroom. 😀 Yes, sometimes loving someone means scrubbing a toilet. Our neighbor has mowed our lawn a few times, we’ve shared smoked meat, and other neighbors who had to take down a tree have chainsawed some branches to reasonable sized logs so I can use them to smoke more meat. This is what neighbors, friends and family do.

Cleaning Out
Of course, when one is helping someone else clean so they can get the house on the market, it gets one thinking about moving. And thus, cleaning out. I’ve got all kinds of little containers here and there stashed full of something… like this one full of photos. I remember getting doubles and triples of some sets of photos (like our wedding and reception) and then ended up with a whole bunch of extra photos. Who wants to throw away photos of your wedding? The album is done, so my dilemma is the “should I or shouldn’t I?” question. :::sigh:::

Fun activities
Last Sunday, I, on a whim, made slime for the boys. Its suppose to be glitter slime, but you can’t see the glitter all that well. Doesn’t bother the boys! I don’t keep liquid food colors around, but I do have gel food colors, so that’s what I used. I think I used too much because your hands turn blue when you play with the slime. But again, doesn’t bother the boys!
