In the previous part of this series, we looked at some mobility related accessories for LEGO minifigures. Today, I’ll focus on tools and other accessories designed to fit in their hands.
LEGO® City and Town minifigs come with a lot of different jobs. To reflect this, they have a large variety of hand-held tools and other accessories. When I was in kindergarten, when we got to play in the LEGO® parts box, the main objective was to grab as many of the tools as possible, then build a box to put them in so that you could find them again next time. I know, kindergarteners have some different ideas about what’s important. Today, I see the uses in making a scene really come to life.
Tools
There are lots of tools available for any job. From chainsaws and hatchets to wrenches, shovels, and brooms.

Talking with friends or to groups makes life better.

Today, LEGO® minifigures can use laptop computers too – that certainly wasn’t an option 35 years ago!

Accessories for Life
LEGO® minifigures have almost as many recreational options as we do. Consider taking a fishing trip – we’ve got fishing poles and nets. If you catch a big fish, you’ll want to take a picture with a camera.

We also carry plates, mugs, glasses and bottles. More about what LEGO® minifigures eat and drink in the next part of this series.

We carry a lot more accessories than I can simply list here and photograph. Come take a look in the shop!
